Build queries with natural language or SQL.
The Data Explorer lets you query the entire US parcel dataset directly.
Two query modes
- Natural language — describe what you want ("residential parcels within 40 miles of Abilene TX"). An LLM translates to SQL.
- SQL — write PostGIS SQL directly against the
parcelsview.
Each query returns a 20-row sample and a record count. To purchase the full result set as a GeoPackage, use the buy button. Pricing is $1.75 per 1,000 records, with a $100 minimum.
